SALARY
◈ minimum from 935 euros/month net, + each additional hour +4.47€;◈ competitive salary 1000 euros/month net;◈ salary depends on experience and qualifications (discussed at the interview).📈
WORK SCHEDULE

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
travel compensation from the first salary;◈ free meals;◈ bonus at the end of the contract;◈ training as a mandatory item only for those who will not work according to the requirements of a particular hotel after the first week. That is, upon arrival at the hotel, candidates will have an instruction and a conditional trial period of one week. If after that there are comments/complaints about the work, the employee will be asked to undergo training (see item below);◈ personnel who do not have experience working in similar positions in Europe must undergo training. The company has its own school, where within 3-5 days you can undergo training and receive a certificate that gives the right to apply for a higher salary throughout Europe. The training is covered 50/50 by the employer and the employee (the employee’s part will be deducted from the salary). The course takes place in Athens. The full cost of the course is 600€ (euro), it is conducted in Ukrainian and English. The employer compensates the travel to Athens in the first salary, the employer pays for accommodation in Athens immediately. After completing the course, the staff receives a certificate;◈ full medical insurance, pension benefits;◈ upon arrival, candidates are met and within 1-2 days, documents and a bank card will be processed and then they will be transported to their places of work/residence. A local manager with knowledge of the Ukrainian language will take care of all the details on site.📍
