💳 SALARY
◈ Average salary:
43800-56700 CZK, 1700-2200€
◈ The rate is calculated according to the number of hours worked:
0-150 hours – 140 CZK (the first 2 weeks – there are no norms and fines);
151-1000 hours – 170 CZK;
1001 hours and more – 180 CZK;
After 2000 hours (8 months) – 190 CZK per hour;
◈ An advance payment of 2000 CZK is issued (after working 10 shifts).
◈ Salary from the 25th to the 31st of each month for the previous worked.
◈ The first 2 weeks, new employees work without norms (there are no fines for newcomers in the first 2 weeks) , then there will be norms. For not meeting the norm, hours are deducted (80% of people meet the norm). For exceeding the norm, a bonus is accrued (30% of people exceed the norm).
📈 WORK SCHEDULE
◈ 8-12 hours, you can agree on the number of hours per shift.
◈ The first week, as a trial week, work 6-8 hours a day, then the usual work schedule.
◈ Work shifts:
S2 2.45 – 14.30;
S3 2.45 – 8.45;
S4 6.00 – 18.00
; S5 10.00 – 22.00;
S6 13.00 – 22.00;
S9 6.00 – 12.30.
◈ Schedules can change every day: one day work 12 hours, the next day can be 10 (already a different shift). The coordinator informs about changes in advance.
◈ 5-6 working days a week (if desired, you can work every day).
◈ You must notify the coordinator in advance about weekends;
◈ Two 30-minute breaks.
◈ You can go out for 15-minute smoke breaks.
◈ Average number of working hours per month: 250-300.
📜 DUTIES:
◈ Departments: picking, autostore, cold sectors (which process a person will work on is decided upon arrival at the warehouse itself, later the warehouse system calculates which department you will work more efficiently in);
Picking :
◈ Collecting and packing retail grocery orders;
◈ Packing products into bags that are picked up by the courier;
◈ Working with a scanner (the scanner can be mastered in 20 minutes, it is available in different languages, including Ukrainian).
Autostore:
◈ working at a table with a computer, to which goods arrive by conveyor, from there the employee takes the goods and packs individual orders into packages (here work at one place). The norm is 154 picks/hour;
◈ There is work in cold shops, on the packaging of dairy products, meat. But in such departments work a maximum of 6 hours per day, the rest of the time a person works in dry departments (warm premises).
◈ The norm in cold departments is less than in warm ones, so it is easier to get a higher rate there. But if you cannot physically work in the cold sector , you can agree with the balance department (they distribute employees by sectors) about working in the warm sector.
🏠 ACCOMMODATION
◈ provided by the employer for a fee;
◈ housing costs (only for women):
Prague – 6500 CZK/month,
Brno and Ostrava – 5500 CZK/month;
◈ employees live in hostels, houses, apartments;
◈ good conditions, 2-3 people live in a room;
◈ there is everything you need for life and recreation, WI-FI, refrigerator;
◈ travel to work: by public transport (cost of travel per month 550 CZK).
ℹ️ ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
◈ Training: Ukrainian coordinators are engaged in the adaptation of new employees at the warehouse, they will explain and show all work processes. The first 3 days of training with a school leader, then the employee independently tries out 4 days in different sectors. After that, it is a full-time working day.
◈ During work, a person works in different sectors in turn;
◈ Temperature in the sectors!
Vegetables, fruits: + 10-12 degrees;
Dairy products: +5-8 degrees;
Meat products: +5 degrees.
◈ Jackets and ordinary protective shoes are provided (the employer will purchase the shoes, and the cost is deducted from the salary, the shoes can be picked up);
◈ Music plays in the warehouse, no one runs, everyone calmly does their job;
◈ There is a good canteen: there are 6 refrigerators, 6 microwaves.
