A package of documents that must be provided to obtain a visa

Visa application form (up to the points you filled in on the 4th page from the bottom).

One color photograph 3.5×4.5 cm (face should be 70-80% on a white background).

International passport (original + copy of the first page and all pages with marks). If you have two international passports, take both when submitting documents.

Ukrainian passport (original + copy of all pages with marks of the civil passport / original + copy of the ID card with the original and copy of the registration certificate).

Original medical insurance policy (put 2 signatures on the insurance form “signature of the insured”).

Receipt for payment of the insurance policy (ask the manager when we know the filing date).

Original confirmation of purpose of travel.

Consent to the processing of personal data.

Identification number.

Mandatory consular fee 35€ (paid upon submission of documents).

A week before the package of documents is ready, you must personally pay the visa fee so that the Visa Center can set a date for submitting documents. Do not worry – the manager will definitely contact you to coordinate the timing and place of payment of the visa fee.

The visa fee is paid at any branch of Credo Bank or Idea Bank.

You must have your international passport and Ukrainian citizen’s passport with you. When paying, you must indicate your current personal phone number and select the Visa Center where you will submit your documents (in accordance with your place of residence registration (according to your residence permit)).

IMPORTANT! Please make sure that the phone number you provide is correct, active and belongs to you.

After payment you will receive a receipt with a registration code that you need to SAVE.

The next working day, the received bank code will be activated through the registration system. Then, within 3 days, you will be called at the specified phone number and the nearest date and time for submitting documents will be set.
